    Default Source for Replacemnt Blower/fan

I am looking for a a source for replacement blower fans for a couple of my inflatables. These look to be like box fans used in computers but I am sure they must be much more powerful.

This is just a quick question but if anyone has any ideas or if there is other details you need me to get I will try to get them later tonight after work.

    Thanks

Try looking on craigslist or at garage sales. I bought a few inflatables around $5 or less each. I didn't care what the nylon part looked like, I just wanted the motors. I found most people selling them want to get rid of them and might make good deals with you. I always ask to test them before I buy them.

My plan is to remove the inflatable nylon part and use the motor's for a Halloween prop I am working on.
I can imagine buying new replcement motors from the manufaturer is gonna cost a lot of money.

Post to your friends on Social Media that you are looking for their old Blow Ups. You may be surprised at the response. I have 400 pounds of old light strings from a single post on FB last year.

Drive around and see if any stores still have any Christmas items left. They are likely to be 75% off.

You do not want anything from airmovers.com. Those are for the backyard inflatable bounce houses and stuff for the kids to play on.

If you pull the fan out and expose its own housing there should be a model number for just the fan on the little sticker. If you eBay search that model number you will find a ton of sellers in China who will send you one for about $10. I just got one replaced that way for an inflatable that died in the rain this year...
    Making it bright since 1989...

I tried that thinking the same thing but there was nothing on the fan at all.
