Nice, I'm going to have to tell my computer guy about this practice. Sounds good.

Note to self, install the old computer in a USB enclosure for use as an extra drive.

There, done. Now my computer guy knows to do that.

Here's a pic of the inside. Just buy the case and do it yourself. You just slide the hd into the connector and you're good to go.

I did a search for Rosewill hard drive case. There are several types out there. Found the one I have here.

OK. I have to admit that there are a dozen USB drive cases on the shelf behind me. (Day job was (now retired) in IT. Nights, weekends and the occasional LOA, Sound Engineer.)
BTW, I do like the Rosewills. Never gave me a problem, no matter how much I abused them.
