I received my 2019 pre-sale order of P10 and P5 matrix panel kits about 2 weeks ago. I had ordered January 29, so (based on their messages), I would be in the third shipment of product. Everything delivered seemed in order. This is the second year I've ordered from diyledexpress.

I understand they are busy and working through alot of lights. I have sent 2 emails and 2 messages on facebook, i can see when they read the facebook messsages. I just wish they would say something. If it makes you feel any better, I am still waiting on my January pre-sale order!

Let this be a lesson, dont do pre sales. Better pricing through Paul zhang and get it faster.

Thanks for the link. These are kits only and over $40. I have the parts on hand and only need the boards.

Is this the same vendor that had pre-sale (and general communication) issues on 2017?

Not to be nasty , but from my experience @ DIYC>>>
This is a broad statement that gives new members a dim bulb view only .
Pre sales were a staple on this site and I for one benefited greatly from them .
Painting pre-sale like this with a broad stroke is just wrong .
I am not as willing to just look to China first when there may be other local options !

I agree. The OP (December 2007) said he ordered a month ago and seems a little impatient to me. If you sent them an email through their website and they did not respond within a week, I would not be THAT concerned. I ordered with the January pre-sale and expected to wait at least six months for my product to arrive. I am sure Todd keeps a pretty good stock of items in his store, but I have never counted on him having items I need past the pre-sale orders. I have never had an issue (as some may have) with shipments from DIYLedExpress. Good luck to the OP in receiving your items.
    That's a feature not a bug.
    There's no charge for that.

Sadly yes. They reworked their system, but....
