    Not sure which place you are referring to. Yes, it's prime season, but without paying for premium tier rush shipping, from the time of payment to receipt for orders from Ray wu, another random aliexpress seller, and holiday coro, was about 10 days including the weekend. I've heard Boscoyo may have a significant shipping delay of 5-6 weeks+ ( don't quote me on that, I don't recall with certainty). I've also found that with the Chinese sources, if I've enquired politely about when they will ship it if it hasn't shipped after 3-5 days, they usually ship it the next day. The only time I've had the infamous loonnngggggg shipping time from China was selecting the cheapest, estimated delivery 40-60 days option. And at that, even though using that option many times, it's only happened once so far with some luck. Selecting the cheapest shipping that offers tracking usually results in faster delivery. Just my experience, and I'm not ordering custom built products

    I seem to be catching flack for this. I am a big supporter of Todd and I have had few problems ordering from him in the past.
    This is a hobby where you need to plan ahead, purchase early, and work on models and sequencing most of the year. I still stand by my statement. To the original OP, be patient. I try not to post negative things about vendors and try to keep my posts positive. I am sorry you had an issue and hope everything turns out for you OK.
    That's a feature not a bug.
    There's no charge for that.

    Just curious if anyone has received their order from the May PreSale yet. I have 2500 pixels that I'm still waiting on and replies from them have gone from 'Shipping next week' in early September to now silence. I have no issues with there being delays, and I assume this isn't their full time job. I also know that life is busy which delays us from getting things done as quickly as we'd like, but transparency is key. I wouldn't have spent alot of the time I have on props that I have now removed from my show due to not having the pixels to light. The silence and lack of response is concerning to me.

    Very true. I've ordered from them multiple times over the past couple of years and never had any issues except for this one. One order was about 6 weeks ago and shipped the day after it was placed. Excellent service with all previous orders. For some reason, communication regarding this single order seems to be a different story. Wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have a near $900 order sitting out there with inaccurate or zero response. Frustrating.

    Keep an eye on it in case you need to get your CC company involved. I've not heard of preorders not being done this late in the year before.

    I got him on facebook messenger Sunday evening. He said he expected my May presale to ship this week. Hopefully it will, It's getting down to crunch time and I would like to use the pigtails I ordered from him.
