Helping a relative with his setup, pretty simple using FPP on a Pi and a espixelstick. I installed FPP 8.2, and its on his network. Flashed the firmware for the pixelstick, it found the network. He has a Mac running Xlights. So I created a simple sequence to show him how to create the model (one string of pixels), and ran it directly from Xlights that showed the 'stick was getting data, so far so good. I logged into FPP from a browser on the mac, was showing him the output setup. When I tried to upload the configuration or the sequence file from his Mac, I get an error dialog box pop up
192.168.xx.xx/fpp:ERROR - Error on GET "http://(ip address)/fppxml.php?command=moveFile&file=test.fseq" Response Code:404"
From my windows laptop, I had no problem uploading a file. So its on the Mac side. Based on the error code, it would seem the Mac can't see the FPP, but Xlights can discover it and log into it from the Mac so it does see it. If it couldn't discover then I'd say there was an issue, but it does find it, interrogate it and gets its info to populate the controllers page.
