Picked mine up today as well. I'd better hurry up and finish cleaning off my workbench so I can have them done this year.

Thanks guys!

I put mine together last night and I installed the LED/R-Packs mainly because they're cool... One thing though - and maybe it's a known issue - but the AC IN spade plugs do not go into the holes provided. I don't like them anyway so I installed a standard terminal block as used by many of the controllers already. Also - - why are there no sockets provided for the RS485 chips or ZC chip? I had a bunch of 8-pin sockets and pulled 2 pins out of one for the 6-pin ZC chip.

I'd suggest the BOM be adjusted for these items for future buys IMHO...

I think it is a standard porblem, I think that I have read some place (can not remember where) that you have to cut some thing of the spades to get the fit in.

Any way, I have also changed them with a standart connector, it is just easier

(Not that I have got my parts yet)

But yes it could be nice if some one changed / modified the bom

Well, just FYI, there should have been one extra 2 position terminal block in the kit to "replace" the spade connectors. I do not use these and yes, they have to be filed down to fit. The BOM is under the control of wjohn (I think). So I would send him a request to have it changed.....

Good Luck,
Chris

What!!! No place to put my power wires!!!! What are SPADEs!!!! Sounds like something for another product line!!

Just kidding, I've got a couple spare connectors so I'm good. Thank's for the offer, you've already done great!
