ok so we got the Pikit2 from the sale on here... and i have been putting lights and stuff on my 4-wheeler, so why not a siren? Yes i know not to use it on public roads, or near the roads... i am planning on starting an orchard so why not have a cool vehicle to use to ride through the orchard? ANYWAYS, is it at all possible to make a pic chip be able to have like 4 or more different tones? would it have to be a 16 pin? that's what I'm thinking?
? and how hard is this going to be to do? it will run on 12 Volts DC from a battery and power a 50 Watt speaker perhaps? For grins a giggles right? any tips, pointers or advice is appreciated... Thanks, D4rkness

TBD; still lots of cool ideas floating around! this is getting way out of hand. http://www.eShepherdsOfLight.com |

This is simple enough that even a PIC10 could be used. It wouldn't even need much code space. A PIC10 is cheaper that a 555 and the support parts.
