As you can tell from the date in the filename, this version has been around for a while. I've delayed putting it out here because I haven't had a lot of feedback on it. This version was generated in an attempt to solve problems that one member was having with flickering at low intensity levels, which he partially (if not totally solved) by changing to different (lower current triacs). So your mileage may vary.
In the revision history for the file you will see some comments about rework on the PCB. In general, you should ignore that comment until further notice, and use the PCB as it was initially designed.
