This is to the designers/programmers of Vixen, and all on the forum that answer so many questions.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!
This is my first year at attempting any type of sequencing to my Christmas lights, and all of the neighbors decided to get involved, (or should I say they volunteered me) to sequence the entire block. We have setup 12 houses with lights and music. The bill of materials is below. Each house uses its own power and I have the PC that runs it all. We connected CAT 5 cables to each house to run the SSR’s. I also decided to use the Ramsey FM30 FM transmitter for my first year. I have heard others having some noise problems with it so I was a little worried. If I used the supplied antenna, it did have a little noise, but once I connected the TM100 Dipole antenna, all of the problems went away and the quality of the signal is crystal clear.
Again, I just want to say to all, Thank You for making this a truly wonderful Christmas. The system is online currently and works every night without me touching a thing. Vixen it truly a wonderful and easy to use program.
