    Yes the upgrade process is still active, Just search for Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and run that, if the direct upgrade does not run create a USB and run the Setup from it while logged in to your Windows 7 PC.

    I was going to burn a DVD but the download is bigger than a standard DVD can hold so I am going to find a 8 gig or bigger thumb drive and use a program called Rufus to create a bootable thumb drive from the ISO and see if that works.
