Default chasing lights - 4 color

    http://www.christmaslightsetc.com/pr...CategoryID=535

Does anyone know if these are real chasing lights?

I've seen some (target or shopko, can't remember) that are multi color, but they only have two channels to chase... which is lame, you cant get the individual colors to go on and off separately.

I purchased a bunch of 3-way 3-color chasing lights (red, blue, green) today from Fred Meyer, but I wish I could find 4-way 4-color (red, blue, green, yellow).

Anyone know where to find "real chasing" 4-way 4-color lights?

I called them, they said there are 7 wires to the controller. Which i take to mean, 2 wires in, 5 wires out, meaning it looks like a true 4 channel (4-way, 4-color) setup.

I placed my order (30 day refund policy).

    Crossing my fingers.

Last year the ones I used around my windows were only 3 channel from Target. Just and FYI.

    2688 pixels, 4 E68x, 1450 RGB leds, 90 DMX channels

Here in Boise, only Kmart and Fred Meyer appear to carry 3-way, 3-color....
And 4-way, 4-color is no where to be found....

My friend got his from Target a couple of years ago (4-way, 4-color) but then target had a recall, so i wonder if the recall put a damper on chasing lights this year?

    Default buyer beware

I wrote this to christmaslightsEtc customer service:
"We have a problem. I received 6 chasing Christmas lights(which is correct)
There are 4 of one type, just have a button for control, these work perfectly
There are 2 of another type, they have a dial for control, they do not work.
On one of the dial control chasing lights, the red is not working at all.
On the other dial control chasing lights, the blue is not working.
How would you like to handle this?"

    -end of letter-

Now these are the correct thing, they are 4-way, 4-channel lights (PERFECT!) except christmaslightsEtc has some issues they need to work out with their inventory.... Lets see how they handle me

I'm happy to report that ChristmasLightsEtc has offered to replace them for free, and send a call tag for the return shipping as well.
    This is the right answer

Sounds like this might be a company we should add to the "Member Approved Vendors" forum. That is provided things continue the way they are supposed to, for this transaction.

Anyway, glad to hear they are doing the right thing by you.
