    Default ledtricks

    I bought 2 kits a while ago but only put the 3 boards together. I have another 3 boards left i would like to add them to 3 boards i have to make it 6 total can i do that and what do i need?

    Well - the board sets themselves do not "talk" to each other but the LEDTriks board (or Triks-C or PIX-C) do. Basically you just need to recreate exactly what you did already for the first set of three and connect them together through the controller boards.

    Not clear to me what you have ..

    2 sets.. but you've put only three together, makes me think you have the 3 led panels. Have you got the LedTriks controllers?

    I have the tricks controller but do i need an additional triks-c dont think i have that

    Yes - you need a carbon copy of everything - 3 panels + 1 LEDTriks + Triks-C/PIX-C (optional) is one master set. The controllers only control one set of 3 panels each.

    Yep - two of everything - the Triks-C talks to a single LEDTriks controller which talks to a single set of 3 panels. The Triks-C can be daisy-chained however so at least you only need one RS232/485 dongle! :p

    I think I asked the same exact question just a few months ago so don't worry about it!

    just one note...they all work off one serial port.
