Race Shop Tour @ Charlotte Mini

Annalisa had the idea of seeing a few race shops while visiting Charlotte. I am happy to give everyone a tour of Roush Fenway Racing. I will just need a show of hands to see how many will be coming to the Roush shop in Concord @ 12:00 PM on Friday. I need to get things cleared and a close head count will be asked.

While there you will get to see Sprint Cup cars, Nationwide cars, and Camping World trucks as they go through their building process from a steel rack to a stickered up ready to race car. This will be as up close and personal as you can get to the inside of NASCAR race team.

Color me SO JEALOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't think of anything that would be more fun (except maybe driving one of them...........). I actually did the Petty Driving Experience a few years ago, and it was the most fun thing I have ever done in my life!!!!!

That's one thing, due to the high level of competition and the great amount of money (millions) in R&D, pictures will be limited to only a few areas. ;)

But..... ROUSH ..... Wayne's tour was NOT a "Public Tour". It was the "Super Secret Backroom" type.

Thanks Wayne the tour was AWESOME Patty and I are both spoiled now,a pubic tour after that just won't cut it.
