We're thankful for the time we had.

Jasmine came into our lives approx. 6 months into hers.
We got her from a couple who no longer wanted her after
the cuteness of being a puppy was gone. All too often
people are attracted to Sharpei puppies because of their
wrinkles but no longer want them when they are fully grown.
For approx. 15 years she was a dedicated and loyal
pet, friend and companion. If there ever was a more gentle
soul, I've never seen it. The good Lord has himself a real
gem and I'm so thankful he gave us the strength and
wisdom to know when it was time.

In time, I'm sure we'll sit and talk, laugh and share stories
about how wonderful our time together was. For now, the void
she left behind is immense. She is greatly missed.

I love this....

I had a pit bull mixed with a Sharpei that I miss terribly. The wrinkles make them so beautiful and they are loyal beyond belief.
