    Default Wife's dad

My wife's dad has undergone surgery today to remove a malignant tumor found in or near his brain. He seems to be doing ok so far, but it is too soon to see if any permanent damage has been done by either the tumor or extraction. I will update here as news develops.

May God watch over him and bring comfort to those that are close to him.

FIL is home from hospital now, and seems to be doing well. He is still real shaky with his motor skills, but he says it gets less every day. We are still waiting for the follow-up appointment to ascertain if they removed all the affected tissue.

For now, he's doing great, and is very appreciative of everyone's support. I can't even imagine what he is going through, and earns more respect from me every day.
