It's in the latest development build which will end up being in the release. Getting to be time for a release. This year has flown by......

I just installed 3.10 today. Do not see the weave effect. Did it get dropped from the release?

Looks like there was a config issue and it was not included in the build. I have fixed that and will get a dev build sometime today that will have it in it.

It is now in the latest development build 1180.
