Adjustable preview window problem

I am having trouble with my adjustable preview window. I load my picture and add in the channels, but when I click the play button to preview everything all I can see is the top left hand corner of the picture. I am not sure what exactly to do to fix this so I can see the whole picture.

Do you see just the top left corner of the picture and the channels are set up properly or are you missing the set up channels as well?

Try clicking "reset to picture size" and/or playing with the resolution and pixel size.

A screen shot might help.

I am only allowed to see just that part of the picture, i can't scroll down to the bottom and right hand sides of the picture where the lights are.

The picture is probably too big for the window- a quick fix might be to resize the picture and crop off the areas you don't need.
