Control show from website

I'm trying to figure out how to put a button on my WordPress site that turns on my snow machine. I was planning on going from WordPress to nodered with http request and from there to xlights with mqtt but I know nothing about web dev and I can't find a WordPress plugin to send an http request from a button click so I'm pretty sure that's not gonna happen. What is the easiest way to do something like this?

Why not use this? I used it last year and worked great. I'm using it this year again.

Bc I use xschedule not fpp. Unless someone figured out how to use it with xlights
