Default 5v SK6812 RGB LED String Christmas Lights 100 count

I received my order for these pixels and can report that these are the bees knees
when it comes to low power .

I have 100 connected to a Wemos shield and no external power source .
@ full white , they are a brilliant white with 0 sign of degradation .

These are the cheapest pixels I have ever purchased and all I can say is WoW .
They are my new favorite !!!!

What is the IP rating for the lights you received? Everything I am seeing is only IP33, which I do not think I would trust for extended use outdoors.
IP33 Protected from tools and wires greater than 2.5 millimetres. Protected from water spray less than 60 degrees from vertical.

These are very handleable. I am adjusting the spacing to match some AC snowflakes to achieve the same look and bulb density. The real plus is how malleable these are compared to anything I have purchased before .

I initially bought a 50 count string through Quinled which are 1/2 the quality wire and IP protection of these .
The only shortfall on these is that there is no jst connector on the output end .

Here is an example of spacing .

These strings have a 4" spacing between pixels
I managed to get these pixels into 33' of 5/16 id tubing to create pixel rope light .
What a pita but well worth the effort.
I have created a string with 1.5" spacing which should be much easier to install .

I tend to agree; these look pretty good. For our application, which flavor (a.k.a. "emitting color") should we order? The DIY USB kit? Basically to plug into a pixel controller and get a good connection to power, if available. But don't particularly care for the bluetooth. Also their caption says, "For bedroom", but in the picture it says IP67.
