Apologies for the delay! Here is some video of the print with 'clear' PETG. I bought some white PETG too, but there was something wrong with the batch I received. The prints were 'stringy' and had holes and just general issues printing. Returning the white PETG back to Amazon. I might just stick with the clear. Looks pretty good. Uploaded some video to YouTube(I guess I can't attach video here):

Apologies! Updated the links and also made sure they are 'public' on youtube. Let me know
Ultimaker Cura estimates its $0.05 each. The PETG was $16.99 for a spool, and it uses 3g(or .87 meters) of PETG. The spool is 1kg. So if you want to be exact, its $0.05097 per bulb.
I just printed 3 at a time. See pic. I have done 4. The problem with printing multiple, is if something goes wrong, all of them are ruined. I was doing some tuning, adding a new surface to print on, etc. It seems pretty dialed in now, but you could still have problems. I printed one, and then the three today. I included a picture of those next to a 'faceted one' from my Gemmy AppLights. I would think the ones you can order from Ray Wu (without bottom cap with bottom cap ) are about the same as the Gemmy App Light one I have in the picture. Though the ones I printed don't need a bottom cap like Ray's, but they are definitely not as clean and clear(or faceted).
