One channel problem

I have 192 channels with approximately 140 being used. My problem is that I have one that doesn't work with my profile (all on or individually) but when I create a generic sequence without a profile it goes on (all on and individually). I have checked to see it was enabled and it was. What other troubleshooting ideas can I do? I haven't tried putting it in a different socket ie channel set but I would have to go back and remap my channels and I am trying to stay away from that but if that is what it takes to get the set of lights to work that is what I will do. Any suggestions would help

Look at your OUTPUT PLUGINS. See if the one that doesn't work isn't either the first or last on a board or maybe there is a miss/gap in the sequence and that channel doesn't really have any hardware assigned to in the profile.

If the profile does not work but a single sequence does work you may want to make backup copies of all you files and then recreate your profile from the successful sequence.
