My printers (6) ender 3 pros are about a year old and very heavily used lol
I started having issues about 2 weeks ago with build up on the nozzle and no matter what I did it was always on one side or the other which resulted in poor flat large surface prints .
Upon inspection I found over the many times I’ve changed nozzles the heater block that the nozzle seats into the 2 screws that go vertical to were slightly bent not real noticeable. I had a spare hot end assembly original not upgrade, so I changed it out and omg its like a brand new machine again . My point is if you change nozzles the chance. Of getting it out of alignment is very possible and easy to do as I use a backup wrench when changing nozzle and easy to do , it can cause you headaches. 17 bucks has renewed my machine again.
Just. Wanted to share maybe save someone else the headache.
