Default How would you frame these windows?

Given this type of vinyl window, how would you guys (and gals) suggest I go about making/attaching frames for them. All of the windows on the front of my house have shutters on either side. I wasn't sure if I could make j channel work here. I was thinking pvc pipe with, but not sure how to attached the pvc. Do you think attaching clips with 3m sticky tape would do?
I haven't purchased any pixels yet, except a few strings to test my controllers and play around with, so I can still go with bullet, square or strip, though I'd like to stay away from strip and for some reason, I am leaning toward bullet and not square.
What do you think? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks.

Use these clips and then create a frame out of 1/2" PVC pipe. Then mount the lights to the frame.

just attach some J channel to back of PVC frame and it will slide over top of your existing jchannel and lock in place, a clip or 2 at bottom or even a couple small pieces of jchannel at bottom will keep it snug.

Make frames out of 1/2" pvc pipe and hang them on the SHUTTERS, not the window.

Thanks for the tips and suggestions. I was looking at some clips on thingiverse and actually came across some gutter clips that work perfectly with my gutters! So, I got that figured out while looking for my window solution.
