Yeah, I was browsing through threads about 2 years ago and saw someone mention this - I use sizes from 14 up to 18 for my all wires that connect into terminals now.
I finally got tired of tinning or just twisting wire ends to push into screw connectors. So I bought a Ferrule Crimping tool kit. I like it.

What's the largest size that fits into the output connectors on Falcon and San Devices controllers?
Ed
Happily retired
I bought a kit from Aliexpress before Christmas and didn't even use it as of yet.
Crimper and wire stripper in a case for like 35$ The crimper came with 4 sets of jaws to do a variety of connectors.
Plan is to re-do all connectors for power supplies, looks cleaner when done as well.
