    You are missing the voltage regulator. IC1. In fact it is installed, but in the wrong location.

    My work around for sending pics is dump Tapatalk and use the web.

    I referred to IC1 as a regulator, its true name is a DC to DC Converter. But regardless, it needs to be removed carefully and installed to the correct location with the proper orientation.
