    Default Hello from south Florida

    Hello everyone!
I joined this forum in the beginning of the 2019 and now working on my first ever light show.

    So far my progress.
    • All pixels except snowflakes are permanently mounted.
    • Roof line is 4 individual WS2812 strips, 150 lights each.
    • Vertical 6 columns are the same WS2812 strips (shortest is 80 something pixels and longest is 100 something pixels)
    • 2 snowflakes are cut from serrated board and using WS2811 strings 48 pixels each.
    • TODO: 15 feet tall 180 degrees pixel Mega Tree will be assembled during this week.

I'm using Vixen Lights and FPP installed on Beaglebone black

    All pixels are 5v.
Each strip/string is controlled by its own Wemos D1 Mini flashed with ESPixelStick firmware. All Wemos are mounded in the junction boxes on each sting.
3 power supplies (5V 60A each) and FPP are mounted on the wall in the garage.

What do you think? Any suggestions?

Goal achieved, the mega-tree is ready. It turned out to be 17 feet tall + 1.2 feet sphere topper.

    That’s just ding dang beautiful!
Who would've thought we'd ever be able to make blinky flashy on a MacBook Air? Thank you xLights!
