Default Pixel Grid displays upside down

I need some assistance - I am using Vixen and I have a Pixel Grid. It is 19 x 20 for a total of 380 pixels. What is happening is everything is upside down and I am not certain how to fix this. Pixel 1 starts at the bottom and ends at the top at 19, then the next pixel starts at the top at 20 and works its way down. I mapped that in Vixen as well. Any help would be great!

the easiest thing would be to turn your matrix around so everything is right side up. Otherwise, have you tried reverse patching every other/second string?

So, even thought I patched as I followed the pixels, it needs to be reverse - or rotate the element.

So, Attached is a screenshot of the element. I have tried the following setups:
Original setup produced an upside down display:
All Odd numbers (Megatree-left S1, Megatree-left S3, etc) are patched using the "Reverse order of selected outputs", while the even numbers (Megatree-left S2, Megatree-left S4, etc) are patched sequentially.
I then reversed this and it produced a Mirror effect
All Odd numbers (Megatree-left S1, Megatree-left S3, etc) are patched sequentially, while the even numbers (Megatree-left S2, Megatree-left S4, etc) are patched using the "Reverse order of selected outputs".
Finally when I patched all sequentially or all Reverse they produced a mix bag of pixels lite up.

Have you tried selecting/using "reverse element order" instead of "Reverse order of selected outputs? I've never used "Reverse order of selected outputs" but I've used "reverse element order" instead and it worked for me. Honestly, i don't know the difference between the two but they must do something different.

Well, I have figured it out. I had to reverse the order that the group of lights were in, so list was Megatree-left S1, Megatree-left S2, Megatree-left S3, etc, now the list begins at Megatree-left S20, Megatree-left S19, Megatree-left S18, etc. The other thing, that I need to switch or reverse each group's pixel order. S1 Group pixels needs to go from using reverse to normal count and S2 goes from normal count to reverse. However, when I do that I loose the color RED! If I select Red, its blue, if I select green its green, White is white and blue is blue. ARG!

My next Q was going to be - the diff between "reverse element order" instead of "Reverse order of selected outputs"?

Normal Vixen data Output: RGB, RGB, RGB, RGB,...
Reversed Vixen data Output:BGR, BGR, BGR, BGR,..

    Your controller is expecting:RGB,RGB,RGB,RGB,...

If you send blue data output first your controller still thinks the first data its getting is for RED. Dont use "Reverse Order of Selected output", try "reverse element order"

An easier solution is just to put out a sign to tell people to stand on their heads.

Thanks - will try the "reverse element order" and if that fails, I will place pillows outside for those to stand on their heads!

    Lmao. Pillows so considerate.

I thought I'd elaborate more. Return everything to normal, as if you didn't change anything. Now select megatree S2, megatree S4, megatree s6, etc. (Even numbers) and check "reverse element order" for each of them. So odd numbers will be normal and even numbers will be reversed. If that doesn't work reverse odd numbers and leave even numbers as normal.
