I’m pretty sure Falcon still sells power distribution boards, along with their Falcon PiCaps
Yup
Since I'm using a PiCap and it's only 2 channels, does that mean if I want to sync to some music it would only be two strings with motion or can I break down each of the 2 channels into more sections? Each channel will be about 350 pixels apiece so I though of doing 6 sections on roof and then the 4 windows. I've looked and googled but couldn't find that much about the PiCap except hooking up 2 small strings and turning them on.
You can break down each output into multiple sections (I.e., window, front roof, top roof, etc), and sequence each section independently.
Awesome thanks!
Another question. The distribution board is where I will run all my injection wires to correct?
Correct.
Now would be a good time for you to draw up your wiring-schematic (not just lines on a picture of a house). It makes it easier for you to plan, and easier for the rest of us to reference if you have more questions.

Would this work good for my extensions between light sets? I would connect the connectors to them.
What connectors are you using?
I have a few of the 13.5mm already but I can order different ones if I need to.
