    Default Model 3B vs 3B+

Is there a significant difference in performance when running FPP on either of these two? I currently have a 3B+ that runs my home automation server (Hass.io) and just came into a 3B for cheap. Is the gigabit ethernet of the 3B+ going to make enough of a difference to warrant swapping or am I fine to continue with my plan to use the 3B for FPP?

I have used a 3B to run my entire show with absolutely zero issues. However, to be transparent, that 3B feeds directly into a network switch as my show is run via cables, not WiFi.

Ok good to hear. Was planning on connecting the pi to a dedicated router via cable, but then many elements would be via WiFi. In that arrangement, I'm hoping wireless performance is dictated by the router not the pi.
