Fabric For Outdoor Props

Hello Everyone! I apologize in advance if this question has already been asked, I searched the forum and didn't get any hits. I am in search of the fabric that covers outdoor props. I believe it is called "Tinsel Fabric" but the search doesn't yield too many choices. Maybe it is called something else?? I have multiple wire frame snowmen I have made and want to cover them. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks Mike but that's not it. I do find tinsel fabric when searched but it ordered direct from China....
