    Default Weatherproof Connection Box

    Hey all
I was doing some shopping on amazon and came across this weatherproof box.

    https://www.amazon.com/SOCKiTBOX-Wea...ateway&sr=8-52

Has anyone in this community used this and if you did how did it hold up to the extremes of cold and rain?
    Thanks

I have had some experience with these and is currently gearing up to use one in my Halloween setup. You have to make sure your cables are lines up perfectly and the lid connection is tight, otherwise you will get water. I live in the Seattle Area and see a lot of rain fall during light show season. They function at an OK level but, may require more attention than you want to give.
