    This was a fun year with customs to say the least. But looking forward to next year, we are trying to get a few things changed around to make it better for the buyer with a little less stress.

    That would be good. I haven't ordered from you guys in a few years, but was very happy when I did. I think solid communication goes a long way to soothing people's fears.

    Trust me, I’m not here to bash anyone by any means and I honestly understand that there are many things out of your control. I was just surprised to see this thread based on my past order experiences with you. I figured something was delaying the orders, but when we also have timelines to plan out, communication of these delays saves us a lot of time, money, and anxiety. Overall past experience is highly positive and I’m still in on next years presale, just the January one.


    Edit: It turns out that you DID send an email yesterday, but Gmail being super smart dropped it into the Junk folder. I honestly do appreciate the response here.

    I'm done with them. The company is literally 45 minutes away from me yet I can get orders faster from china. Not to mention better communication. The website says items are in stock, but then weeks later I'm told the parts are on backorder. It's happened several times and I'm done. I bought 5k worth of lights this year and they lost most of the sales because the vendors direct from china answered their emails and shipped fast.

    I think that the website is showing what they have in stock when their shipment arrives based off of what people have already ordered from that shipment. Here is link to their last post

    Me personally I have never had a problem with them and I have ordered A LOT of items from them. I am getting ready to place another order with them but was waiting closer to their date of having the items actually in hand

    They were getting almost all my business, but with the troubles over the last two years, I go elsewhere. Products and prices are great, but the absolute worsts customer service is not worth dealing with them.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with them. I've ordered from them a couple times this year already and haven't had any issues. In fact I just messaged them on facebook the other day and received a response within a few minutes. I've actually been very happy with all of the vendors I've used so far.

    That's a strange way to run a business. I thought their new model was to sell stuff they actually had in stock instead of pre orders. The site should actually say the item is not in stock and is on back order so people understand there is going to be a wait.

    When the site says they have 27 items they should actually have the 27 items. Why would anyone assume that means someday they will have the 27 items and you may have to wait several weeks for them.
