Do you really think they left? I'll place money on them still hiding under the stairs which is why the slime does not seem to go away.

2019 - Just moved into a new home (yet another change of plans). Will be dim but not dark. Too much to do at the new place to leave time for a show.

Even with only 90 channels this is easier to do using Vixen 3 or xlights. The built in pixel support alone makes the patching simpler. Add in the ability to apply effects to the props and there is where Vixen 2.1 shows its age.
Yes, Vixen 2.1 is "old" now, but how many of us still use old versions of Microsoft Word and Excel because they do everything we need them to do? And from a dead scratch posture, there's no way you can define all the things for V3 or XLights as quickly as you can tell Vixen 2.1 to create 90 channels, import the music and bingo, you're sequencing in moments, not minutes. Oh sure, fine-tuned sequencing of pixels is no picnic with V.2.1, but that's a different issue. For basic blinky, you can't beat the old 2.1.

Well, Vixen 3 here I come.

Vixen 3 is a fine sequencing tool. Spend time with it NOW and give yourself some time to kick the tires well before crunch time (which isn't that far off!)

Well, hmmmm.... I stored all my portable audio recording gear and amps under the stairs, and that certainly explains why I can't get my gig bags out from under there... that goo is stronger than JB Weld! We got a postcard from one of the engineers a couple weeks ago -- there was no note on it -- it was just the blank card from someplace in New Mexico but it had to be from one of them because of the sticky smudges on the back and it was addressed to "okkapunt"....

The DIGWDF Store has closed. Thanks to everyone who supported us through the nearly seven years we were open!
The store will remain open for downloading documentation and other files, including Gerbers and DipTrace design files.
