Default How do you access the FPP page?

I am trying to connect my F16V3 from Xlights but can't seem to do it. I need to change the IP address on the controller and can't figure out what is wrong. I get xml. 3 error message.
can someone post a link to get to the FPP site so I can get on the controller.

The F16 controller and the FPP are two different devices. The F16 displays its current IP address on the OLED display. You can use the five buttons to set a custom IP address on it.

The FPP application runs on a Raspberry PI or a BeagleBone single board computer. You can get the IP address your router gave it by plugging in a speaker and listening while the PI boots. You can also use the utility below to find the IP address. Also in your browser you can simply put the word FPP in the address bar (only works if there is only one FPP on your network). In all cases the FPP needs to be connected to your network (not directly to your PC).

I finally set the IP address and got on the controller. It got everything right except the string port. It got the first universe (190) but didn't get the rest right nor the description. See the attached three pictures. Why and how do I get the string ports right. I watched a video By Keith to get where I am now. I did the upload and output to the controller.
