    I normally go through Elecrow, and get it in 10 days but thought I would give JLC a try. Probably will switch back to Elecrow.

    I always do DHL. Have some boards going out today and I'll probably have them Friday

    I too use DHL when time is of the essence for PCBs. it's either a couple of days for shipping or a month otherwise.
    With DHL I've never had any customs issues.

    I tried to take the flood light apart today, and found out that the glass is glued to the frame. So there isn't an easy way to get in there to see and mess around with the internals. Oh well, it would have been nice to re-purpose these.

    I found some on amazon, if they are like them, it wouldn’t have worked anyway. It appears that the control circuitry is part of the led PCB.

    Try a heat gun to loosen the adhesive...

    Quick Status, finally received the boards..... In the process of assembling and will begin testing including a long burn in test. I will be testing using a number of different LEDs and wattages. I let ya'll know how it goes.
