Default Pi Zero audio through HDMI?

I am working with a Raspberry Pi Zero W. I have the latest version of FPP installed (2.5 I think). However there is no audio jack. I do have video in my show that Iím running to a regular flat screen TV. The TV has a headphone jack. So I can run the audio in the video from the Pi Zero to TV via HDMI then plug in my FM transmitter to the tv headphone jack?

I've not done that nor read of anyone doing it so you can be the first to try and report back to us. There is no penalty for trying.

Well my theory actually worked! You can indeed use the audio from the HDMI to a tv (or a projector Iím assuming) then plug your FM transmitter into the 3.5mm audio jack in the tv.
