Are you guys using the pi zero as your main FPP player?
It looked odd to me that the WiFi driver was set to external when the PI Zero has internal WiFI.
2020 Full sized show reworked for the new location. Only adding (famous last words) 13 RBLs that I finally got converted to using pixels
2019 - Just moved into a new home (yet another change of plans). Will be dim but not dark. Too much to do at the new place to leave time for a show. Dim show (3000 pixels) had regular visits most nights.

Appears you are not using the latest release. Maybe should start by loading Release 4.6.
Release 4.6: https://github.com/FalconChristmas/fpp/releases/tag/4.6
For your Pi re-image with: FPP-v4.6-Pi.img.zip

Pi Zeros can be a main player, but a Pi3 or better yet a Pi4 will work much better. For me, the pi Zero is to slow for me to be patient with. I benched all but one of my Pi Zero & Pi Zero W's about October last year.
Since you have one (Pi Zero.) Work with it, and once you have learned the FPP system; see if the added expense of a 3 or 4 is worth it to you.
Try using host name over IP. Format for host on my system would be: FPPzero.local
Also FPP has been problematic for many who use special character. If you can, stick with letters (caps and not) and numbers.
