Default UPS is raising prices yet again

I got a notice today that prices are going up by 4.9%. They have gotten so expensive. Time to open a Fed Ex account..

I only use USPS and FEDEX. I have never seen a time when UPS was cheaper for the casual user.

I dropped them like a hot potato several years ago. I only ship packages by ground and I caught them putting air charges on some of my packages. I use Fedex only now.

If buying from China, I use DHL as they seem to be cheaper and much faster at least for me in Canada.
Sadly, there is no option for Free shipping/epacket for a while as Canada Post is on strike. They have effectively stopped incoming international packages until the backlog is sorted....

I believe that UPS does the delivery service for DHL also in the US .
