    The first year, I charged for parts, which came to $50 per controller. So I ended up dropping about $7500 up front and recouped that as people paid in.

    This year, I'm paying someone else to make them, so we're at $125 or $150 (running promotions from time to time).

    If you want to chat, I'm more than happy to share how I did it, and share code/board schematics, etc.

    Iím thinking of using these same ammo boxes to house a single power supply and small board. How did you mount your boards in the box? Iím trying to think of a floating method where I am not putting screws through the housing walls. Of course I will have cable glands to run my cables through.

    really cool project.

    I'm amazed that you did your own PCB assembly on that scale too. I'd have figured you'd just have the board house do the majority of the PCB assembly too and you just do final connections during assembly.

    High five my friend thatís amazing ! My neighborhood could really use this type of set up . Been trying to jump start them here into getting into the spirit . This type set up ( if I had a clue what you were saying ) could possibly do that . Lol
