I picked up this one from Harbor Freight:

No issues at all. I would have probably bought a better one online but I needed one that moment and they were the closest store that had them in stock.

Too bad the clamp meter only measures A/C.

What do you expect for $13.99? I have a couple clamp meters that measure DC amps. They were well over $100. It definitely comes in handy but most meters don't come with that feature

I was just making an observation. I have good meters, A/C, D/C, Clamp, True RMS...ect I do work in the telecom field.

Maybe I should clarify better regarding the clamp meter. My first thought was people might think they could use that to measure the string or controller current. It would be easy for someone not familiar with the specs to miss that detail. The main reason for my posting. I guess I was not clear enough.
