The saving part I can answer from experience...File/Save or Save As or Ctrl-s or it reminds me when I try to close.

There are at least two ways to get your sequence to the raspberry pi.
    1. Browse to the pi and upload your sequences. This works like a standard upload on any web page. This is an old video but gives you a quick view of the general process. The screens have changed a little but it is the quick version. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ow9LG3l_C10 Manual page is here: https://falcon-player.gitbooks.io/fa...e_manager.html
    2. In xLights, look in the Tools menu for FPP connect. Fill out the form, tell it what to upload (check the boxes in front of the things you wish to upload).

You might also be able to export the configuration from xlights to your E682. See this video for example (using a Falcon controller): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bfax5RK3FWI
