Default Falcon pi player does not output lights.

The network related fields are greyed out and do not get populated on clicking the ping button too. Is this the reason that lights are not coming on even though the player displays that the sequence is running. Am able to run the lights from controller or xlights but not from FPP.

First of all, you need to upgrade to the latest version.
Next: Ping needs a destination (something to ping). You did not give it one.
Those fields are supposed to be greyed out when in DHCP mode.

The real screen you need to show us is the output configuration.
Test the outputs using the display testing screen. If that works then we move to see how you exported your sequence file.

    Thanks Martin,
Will send the screenshot tomorrow. I have enabled pixels in the output. The lights donít turn on from the display testing page.
How do I upgrade the software.

You need to connect your Pi to a switch and/or router, along with your controllers and set up a proper network so they can talk to each other. Right now it looks like you have the Pi/FPP directly connected to your PC because of the 169.254.x.x address, or it can't find a DHCP server to provide an address. I would suggest using a separate network from your home network so they don't interfere with each other.
