    Default ESPixelStick flash tool

Looking for a bit of help. I have an older computer running Windows 7 and the flash tool has worked great. I have a new windows 10 computer and the flash tool is not working. I have unzipped the file from github (ESPixelStick_Firmware-3.0) and have downloaded java. the tool shows the java icon but when I double click on the .jar file a small black screen comes up and then closes right away.
    Any ideas?
    Thank you
    Rick

Go to task manager and check all of your open applications to find it there. I found that when I opened it on my SurfacePro with W10 it opened in microscopic window mode and I had to hunt around to find it.

I think you need to extract the .JAR file....right click and extract to (if you have unzipping files loaded)

The contents of a JAR file may be extracted using any standard decompression software, or the jar command line utility: "jar -xf foo.jar".
