    I used a Beer Bottling press for mine last year. Dont own a drill press.

    Probably wouldn't break a finger it would just take it off. Running a sheet metal shop for 40 years I've seen my share of fingers cut off. It needs a foot switch and two palm switches to keep finger's out of harm's way.

    I used a nut driver chucked into a drill press. The strip was held into place by a 3d printed jig clamped into a vise. If only I could figure out how to make it work with bullet pixels.[/QUOTE]

    Yeah, after working on 100 ton presses in my grandpa's shop, I'm a big fan of two buttons. Good concept, though.

    The 12 year old across the street offered to do them at a penny a hole...I bought 1000 holes. 20x50. They were perfect.
