    Did you reflow the solder joints? Usually, that is what fixes these issues.

    reflowed solder joints, here's what I have now.

    Power LED is lit.

    4.38VDC @ +5
    1.92VDC @ right R6
    4.36VDC @ Left R6
    10.25VDC @ D3/D4

    3.79VAC@ R1
    4.14VAC @R2

    Double-check your meter to make sure you have a good battery. When in doubt, put in a new one to make sure your getting the real information.

    Is the output vac still low? Where are you checking the output at?

    Yes, output VAC @ 15.83VAC.

    Meter has a fresh battery.

    I have an older XP machine set up to run some older programs. I am using the "simple renard tester" to send the signal to the terminals. Thought maybe it was simply that the signal wasn't being sent to the board. Attached one of my other controllers though and worked fine. So I believe I have eliminated the possibility of the software or connection from PC was bad. Also tried running the DIAG chip, (i'll try anything at this point), also tried running the jumper options in the WIKI troubleshooting. not a single positive test.

    One thing I did notice is that the power led is not as bright as my other boards. ???? Maybe time to just set this one aside for spare parts and build a new one..

    I will gladly check it out for you if you want to send it to me. Sometimes, they just need a second eye/hands on them.
