Default PX1 BOM LDO voltage regulator unavailable, will this work?

My son is doing some pixel controls for his science project at school and I am trying to get the BOM ordered from Mouser. There were three parts that were discontinued but I believe I have suitable replacements for those. There is one part on backorder and its the 926-2950CZ-5.0/NOPB - LDO Voltage Regulators 5.0/100Ma Low Pwr LDO

The new one I found is 926-LP2950CZ50LFT3 - LDO Voltage Regulators Series of Adjustable Micropower Voltage

The only difference I noticed was the "Adjustable" part. Can I use this instead? I know nothing of this and could really use some guidance. I don't have time to wait for a backorder.

Any input is greatly appreciated, thanks.

I could live with the 25th. I must have looked at something wrong, all I saw was 6 weeks. I'll go check again.

Thank you Dave! I wonder why Mouser didn't provide this as an alternative. They have lots of these in stock so now I can order my parts. I really appreciate the input.

I totally forgot about Digikey, I've ordered from them before but for whatever reason they were my backup. I'm really rusty with all of this, I wasn't able to do my show last year so I haven't touched any of this for a year. I plan to be back bigger and better this year though! Thanks for the input.
