Was surprised to see LighShow Pro is still breathing and about to launch a V3.0 . I last upgraded to version 2.8 several years ago now. They had announced via Facebook in mid December that all current license holders could upgrade to version 3.0 for free if they emailed desire to by 12-31-17. I missed by 2 weeks. Not sure why to so short notice and not even an email chance at upgrade?? Anyway.. dusted off 2.8 and created a sequence that allows 8 channels live performance by the wii guitar and successfully tested performance run on renard 8 channel. Some of the weaknesses are: You have to keep the wii mote powered on and with in range of the computer ( desktop on my case) so the bluetooth link is not lost. If you lose it you need to: shut down the scheduler running the show. delete the will mote from win 10 setup, reinstall wii mote in bluetooth win10. restart scheduler to run show. Not a pretty site
Also you lose the many many advantages of using the FPP has over the LSP media player. If Captain doesn't have time to finish code I may try to dual use. Run a sequenced show via FPP and run a concurrent sequence LSP that allows for performance input only. This would mean that I can do whatever I please with lip as the performer is tasked with keeping the beat on lights attached to the Wii guitar. I'll tr to post some video layer this weekend of the thread stays alive. I think I'll reach out to LSP to see of I could get upgrade still as well.

And someone was using an XBox Kinect to control dimming on an AC controller via DMX/E1.31.

yes but. you will need to play three notes for each dumb rgb string. maybe you can program the keyboard to do that for different notes?

I have no idea. I didn't get too close to be able to see because then I couldn't see the entire show.
