little more spacing between the resistor and led. Smaller holes for the lugs so there is less play to help make soldering a little easier and a little bit of masking on the back over the exposed traces may end up covering them completely after some more testing with shorter solid copper wire.

    Thanks for the info.
I found those lugs,so I'll take two of the 2.1 bare boards when available.

It will be a few weeks before 2.x is available. The ones I have right now I should have listed for sale soon but I only have 14 of them.

No problem. I have enough to get me through this year. Few weeks is fine.

Gives those who need them now a chance to get the ones you currently have.

Is that a file you could send me and I could import to Eagle?

Did a little more testing with Solid copper wire and shorter connections from the power supply to the board and the results are just amazing on how much it improves the voltage drop. So while we have done what we can to mitigate voltage drop it will be highly recommended to use solid copper between your power supply and your boards and keep it as short as possible.

While I wanted to test with 12 AWG solid copper I was sent the wrong wire and had to test with 14 AWG solid copper wire but it still made a huge difference.

On the Left is 12AWG stranded copper wire 1 to 2 ft. While on the right is 14 AWG solid copper wire 6".

    Ok time for a pre-order: https://holiday.lighting/psdorderform

You have three options. Board Only for $2.00, Kit for $6.00, and fully assembled for $15.00 This is for version 2.1 of the board which will include some header pins to allow you to connect accessories easily as well as the traces on the bottom will be covered as testing has shown you should not need them exposed.

Testing with a 5v Mean Well drawing 20AMP for 45min showed no issues so this is the board we will go with.

Timeline I will update once we have the boards ordered which will be this week but it shouldn't take to long to get them back. Board Only orders will be shipped first because not all of the BOM has arrived yet. Once the remaining parts of the BOM arrived the kits and fully assembled will be shipped.

If you don't want to wait or can't wait I have a deal for you.

I have 14 of the version 1 boards which are smaller and do not have the bigger lug inputs. Also I have 12 of the version 2.0 boards which has everything accept the features added to 2.1

If you are interested in either of these in either board, kit or fully assembled. I will sell these at a discount. You will need to contact me directly at cward@holiday.lighting and let me know which version and what format and I will send you a PayPal invoice.

If you want version 2.1 of this you can simply go to the website and place your order.

Any questions or issues with the website just let me know.

Just placed an order for 7 of them. No hurry though. Launch night is 4 days away. I'm ready to rock and roll.
