Default P10 matrix only displaying red

I'm having an issue with my matrix only displaying reds and oranges. Setup the same as last year in fpp. Running bbb with octo. Its a 4x3 matrix. Ill try to get screen shots of the fpp settings when I get back home. Was just trying to see if it might be something simple I missed. Channels in fpp match xlights.

Did you use the FPP test or a sequence test.
If you are not using, try it:
    - Status/Control
    - - Display Testing
    - - - Enable Test Mode

Another question: What sequence are you using?

    Couple comments.
    - You do not need the E1.31 page for P10. It is not enabled so good. No need for that screen shot.
    - Your LED screen panel layout appears to need a little adjustment. not that it would change the color
    - Panel is to be configured as looking at the front. Yours appears to be as looking at the back/cable side.
    - I Outputs are ok, but P1 and P3 need to be flipped. Left to right P1, P2, P3.

I'm just running sequences that I made for Halloween.

It's acting as if my blue isn't working on anything.

If you are not using FPP test, try it:
    - Status/Control
    - - Display Testing
    - - - Enable Test Mode

This will tell you if your hardware (Pi and P10's) are working. You may be sending a bad sequence.

What did the FPP TEST show?
    What Sequencer are you using?

Blue isn't a nice blue, but these are the3 colors from fpp test. I'm using xlights sequencer.

Ok, hardware issue. Make sure all your ribbon connections are fully seated.
If still an issue, Try isolating one panel and see it does the same. If yes, try another. (Remove ribbons from p1 to p2)

Thanks for your help. The cable wasn't staying right I the octoscroller. I replaced the Octoscroller and cable and all is well.
