Default Motor Recommendations for Winfield Ferris Wheel with Heavier Load

I'm thinking of throwing stuffed animals on the seats of the Winfield Collection Ferris Wheel. I don't think the motor can handle the load, though, especially with wind. Can you recommend a stronger motor that still goes around 10-12 rpm? I don't care if it doesn't match the current bolt pattern. (Preferably somewhere under $100)

If the load was balanced, would it still be OK?

I think there is another thread about using a different motor.

a low speed 12v wiper motor run at 5v goes about 15 rpm. a 1 to 2 gear would drop that down to reasonable speed and increase the torque.

alternative... make the riders out of nylon and stuffed with packing peanuts. they will be so light you will need to nail them to the seat.

Unfortunately, I live in a high wind area (Colorado). Sometimes, depending on the wind, the motor seemed to have difficulty starting. So, that's another reason why I'm looking for an alternative. I think something with more torque would work better.
